THE SEPA PROJECT
The SEPA Project
BOOK ONE
She awakens, ready to start her new life. She can’t wait to begin.
How is she to know this will be her eleventh beginning?
Imagine a world where your worst, most painful memories could be taken away. Where your best memories could be stolen.
SEPA 288 is merely a tool, trained by the elite rulers of New Bhutan to gather intelligence and spy on rebel forces in the post-apocalyptic wasteland of the Banjar. Her missions are so classified, even the Sepas are not allowed to remember them. Each time she survives, her memory of the incident is emptied and archived for study.
SEPA 288 remembers nothing. She is nobody, a pawn to be sacrificed for a greater cause until her early death.
All that changes, however, when her mentor, Meera San, asks her to spy on their own government. She sends her on a secret mission to discover why members of New Bhutan society are disappearing overnight, never to be seen again.
The deal? If 288 accepts the mission, she gets to retain her memories. If she succeeds…if she returns at all.
The mission sets her on a treacherous path, where she fights to unravel the dark secrets of New Bhutan and uncover the truth of her world, her masters, and herself. Failure to do so will result in losing more than her memories this time, or even just her life.
Many, many lives are now in her hands.

The SEPA Project
Jillian Moody’s The SEPA Project is an unequivocal dystopian tale. Keeping readers entranced, Jillian creates a comprehensive scene of vast terrains, exquisite palaces, desolate wastelands, and everything in between. Include a storyline of unimaginable pain, deception, courage, and strength; this is a novel that keeps you coming back. - The Literary Lioness
This is a genre all its own, with world building and a story concept that had me immersed and hooked right off. Set in the future, we are introduced to the Sepa project in the contained city that thrives in a state of Utopia. The Sepas being the only ones in contact with the outside world. But the project comes at a cost for those who are designed to play the part of ambassador to the harsh lands beyond the city barrier. And politics, love, family dynamics, and human nature soon test the perfect world created by the last of mankind.
Written with a high level of skill, the story had me engaged and emotionally invested, aching at times, biting nails at every twist, and connecting on many levels with the characters woven in the pages.
This was haunting, thrilling, and touching. I am eagerly awaiting book two!

"This book is so enthralling a little sci-fi fantasy and real human dilemmas. Thought provoking philosophical questions. Does history repeat itself? Well written and played out! I loved this!" - Amazon Customer
Engaging, thought provoking sci-fi with great character development, flow and heart. You feel invested from page one and it pulls you in. The scenes really paint a vivid picture of settings, you can feel what’s at stake and visualize the scenery, which to me is the mark of a promising author!
"I will start this off by saying this is not a genre I usually like to read, but my book club chose it and I absolutely loved it! The characters are so well developed that it is hard not to fall in love (or hate depending on the character) with them. You feel immersed in this world that on the outer level seems so different, but as you dig in you realize that there are things engrained in humanity that will probably never change, some of them good and some of them not. The end of this book will leave you wanting more, but more importantly it leaves you with hope. I cannot wait for the second book!" - Amazon Customer

"This was an engaging and exciting story, with great twists and turns. I connected with the characters, and loved the world building and palace intrigue. I'm truly looking forward to the follow ups." - GoodReads Review
